Instrument Introduction

This instrument is a brand new instrument for measuring BOD in water based on manometric method. It can independently detect bottle caps and simulate the reaction process of the standard HJ505-2009. It is manufactured according to the international standard ISO9408-1999 and is particularly suitable for detecting water quality BOD indicators, selecting water treatment processes, and simulating water treatment processes. Functional Features

1) Compliant with the national standard HJ505-2009 reaction process, manufactured based on ISO9408-1999, using a mercury free differential pressure method, with no mercury pollution and accurate and reliable data;

2) Each test cap enables independent configuration of sample‑related parameters. A maximum of 100 historical datasets can be stored per cap, with older records automatically overwritten once storage capacity is reached;

3) It supports testing for 1 to 6 samples. Equipped with a microprocessor‑driven control system, the unit completes the full measurement cycle automatically without on‑site operator attendance, and features independent timing for each channel;

4) The measuring range spans 0‑4000 mg/L with eight selectable range options. BOD values are displayed directly without manual conversion. Hardware upgrades deliver enhanced accuracy especially for low‑range measurements;

6) The main base integrates a six‑position electromagnetic stirring function, ensuring thorough sample homogenization throughout experiments for more reliable test outcomes;

7) Seven built‑in indicator lights offer visual status feedback for power supply and electromagnetic stirring operations;

8)Flexible time configuration is available: the test duration can be set from 1 to 30 days, and the constant‑temperature waiting period ranges from 1 to 10 hours;
